The papers contain letters conveying personal news and comments on contemporary work, Christmas cards, birthday cards & other greetings to Lillian Bragdon and her daughter, Elizabeth Easton. Most contain original artwork by Chappell. Other items include an original pencil and charcoal sketch, with the words "Welcome to Chilmark"; a movable paper "game" board hand-drawn by Warren Chappell; a printed copy of Borzoi Battledore (1945 May) and a cover mock-up for Borzoi Books For Children designed by Warren Chappell.
